We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to ensure you receive the proper amount of service time and the next client is not delayed.

Please note that if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled due to a late arrival, you will be charged in full.

No call, no shows will be charged 100% to the card you have provided on file. Courtesy reminders are sent 72 and 48 hours by text and or email to you, which you can edit or cancel at that time to avoid a fee. Please note that a cancellation fee is not a punishment. It is a financial agreement consented by you to hold an available appointment.

We have a strict no children policy due to safety regulations with equipment and products.

Thank you for understanding!

Do I need to prepare for my treatment?

To ensure the best results and reduce sensitivity during your facial, please discontinue the use of Retinols or Tretinoin at least 3 days prior to your appointment.

Additionally, treatments cannot be performed on:

  • Active sunburns

  • Skin that has had Laser services in the past 10 days

  • Fillers administered within the last 14 days

  • Botox administered within the last 5-7 days

For clients prone to cold sores, certain treatments may trigger outbreaks. We recommend using a prescribed medication for 2 days prior to your appointment to prevent this.

What should I do after my treatment?

After your service, you will be provided with specific aftercare instructions tailored to the treatment you received. These will be explained to you and given to take home for reference.

As a general guideline, it is recommended to avoid direct sun exposure and strenuous physical activity following any treatment to ensure optimal results and minimize irritation.
