You may also book by phone at 978-810-6490. Please keep in mind that I do not interrupt scheduled appointments to answer the phone, but will return any messages within 24 hours.

A card is required on file to hold any bookings.

Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled appointment. You will be charged 100% of the service cost if canceled less than 1 day before the scheduled appointment. Sometimes being late is unavoidable, I get it! Please call as soon as possible if you’re running late. Depending on circumstances, if you’re running more than 15 minutes late I may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure you get the proper amount of time for service and the next client is not pushed back. You will be charged in full if the appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. No Shows will be charged in full for the missed scheduled appointment.

FAQs

  • You want to discontinue any use of Retinols or Tretinoin at least 3 days prior to your facial. This will help reduce the chance of any sensitivity during your service. Treatments cannot be done on active sunburns, skin that has had Laser services in less than 10 days, Fillers less than 14 days, and Botox less than 5-7 days. Some treatments can stimulate cold sores. If you are prone to cold sores, it is recommended to use a prescribed medication 2 days prior.

  • If you are unsure where to start it is best to book a Custom Facial. This will allow me to do a skin analysis before we start, and we can decide which service would be most beneficial.

  • A valid card is required on file to hold any appointment time in lieu of a deposit. Any changes or cancellations must be made 1 full day before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. No call, no shows will be charged 100% to the card you have provided on file. Reminders are sent 72 and 48 hours by text and or email to you, which you can edit or cancel at that time to avoid a fee. Please note that a cancellation fee is not a punishment. It is a financial agreement consented by you to hold an available appointment.

  • Depending on which service you have received, there will be different aftercare instructions. These will be explained and given to you to take home at the end of your service. Universally, it is best to avoid direct sun exposer and physically activity after any treatment.
